Fast Five: Top Bikini Prep Workouts
The warmer weather means it is time to pull out the bikini and start planning some much needed R&R beach side, but before I can make my way into the water, I need to put it in some much needed work. Here are some of my fave at home workouts you can do to get yourself bikini ready in no time flat.
Zumba: If you love to dance like I do, then this is the workout for you! With music from all over the world, this 45 min to 60 min high energy cardio workout is sure to work up a sweat.
Jillian Micheals: When I am looking to get toned at home, I turn to Jillian. Her various 30 day workout videos really challenge you and you can def. feel the burn for days after your workout. I love her interval system that give you a complete cardio, strength, and abs workout all in less than 30 minutes!
BeFiT: The BeFit channel on YouTube is ah-may-zing. With over 700 workout videos to choose from, there is something for everyone available. Best part, it is absolutely free! So create your own fitness playlist and sweat away.
